The Tata Institute of Essential Investigation (TIFR), the country’s premier institution for advanced investigation in basic sciences, has instructed its employees not to put up “anti-govt content”, images and videos of institute amenities on social media platforms since it “could direct to critical stability consequences”. It has questioned the employees to inform their loved ones members also not to article these types of information.
In a letter dated April 13, TIFR Registrar Wing Commander George Antony (retired), referring to observations notified by the Department of Atomic Energy, described that images and movies of DAE places of work and facilities had been seen on Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
“It has been discovered that certain disgruntled personnel have been sharing anti-governing administration information in excess of social media.
